HOW IT WORKS:

I will create a customized menu based on preferences, goals, or dietary needs, which I will send to you for approval. We pick out a designated day for me to come and meal prep in your home. I get groceries the morning of, get to your home around 10 am, and cook for the remainder of the day (5 hours). I clean up, leave, you have delicious meals!

I will include reheating/storing instructions.

$500 flat rate for the day of prepping + cost of groceries.
