In-Home Meal Prep

  • HOW IT WORKS:
    We pick out a designated day each week for me to come and meal prep in your home. The week of I will create a customized menu based on preferences, goals, or dietary needs, which I will send to you for approval. I get groceries that morning, get to your home around noon, and cook for the remainder of the day (5-6 hours). I clean up, leave, you have delicious meals!

    I will include reheating/storing instructions.

  • $400 flat rate for the day of prepping + cost of groceries.
