I have been a foodie since birth — My mom still loves telling the story of two-year-old me asking to “just try” her mussels in red sauce… which I proceeded to polish off. What can I say? I’ve had good taste for a long time.
Some things never change — except now I’m just as obsessed with how real food makes us feel as I am with how it tastes. My nutrition degree and my own healing journey taught me that food truly is one of the most powerful tools for feeling grounded, energized, and well. You really are what you eat — cliché, but entirely too accurate.
All that’s to say, my goal is to make your life easier, healthier, and more delicious using quality ingredients and focusing on whole foods!
